Personal Data

Any personal and/or contact data submitted to Brit Under Fest — whether via forms, email or any other communication channel (including social media) — will be incorporated into a data file owned by NO WAY MUSIC BCN, SL, duly adapted to Spanish data protection legislation. Data subjects may exercise their legal rights under the Spanish Data Protection Act and applicable European regulations by emailing info@britunderfest.com, properly identifying themselves, in accordance with the Legal Notice of this Website and other applicable regulations.

Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, as well as other applicable Spanish and European data protection laws, visiting the Website does not require users to provide personal information.

If personal data is provided, it will be processed in compliance with applicable legislation and with full respect for users’ rights. By providing personal data, users accept the conditions set out in this section.

Users guarantee that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, and shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.

This also applies to ticket sales sections of the Website. As ticketing services are outsourced, users must refer to the specific privacy policy of the relevant ticketing provider, particularly Magneticket as the official ticketing system. Payment-related data (credit cards, ID numbers, passport details, etc.) will be processed solely by the ticketing provider and not by Brit Under Fest, which will only manage basic-level data.

Personal data will be incorporated into a database owned by NO WAY MUSIC BCN, SL, in compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

The Website is hosted on servers managed by Zentense in Spain. Email services are managed via Google, and newsletter/CRM systems via Apple and/or Brevo. Databases may therefore be located in Spain, Europe and/or the United States, always in compliance with applicable European data protection standards.

Brit Under Fest will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or theft of data.

Data will be processed for:

  1. Managing and delivering services.

  2. Sending news, commercial and promotional information, festival updates, ticket sales communications and related activities involving Brit Under Fest, its artists, collaborators, sponsors or partner organisations.

Users expressly authorise the transfer of their data to such third parties for the purposes described.

To exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure or objection, users may:

  • Use the systems provided on the Website or via Brevo platforms; or

  • Email info@britunderfest.com with the subject line “LOPD”.

Requests must include: full name, address for notification purposes, contact email address, copy of ID or equivalent document, and a clear description of the right being exercised.

If full deletion is requested, data may nevertheless be retained for the period required to comply with legal and/or tax obligations, and will be permanently deleted once no longer necessary in accordance with applicable regulations.
