Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets will be available on our official website (link to website). We recommend purchasing them in advance to guarantee your attendance.
What types of tickets are available?
We offer different ticket options to suit your preferences:
- Day 1 Ticket: Single access for the first day of the festival.
- Day 2 Ticket: Single access for the second day of the festival.
- Baby D1 Ticket (0-3 years, inclusive): Free single access to the venue and all performances on the first day of the festival.
- Baby D2 Ticket (0-3 years, inclusive): Free single access to the venue and all performances on the second day of the festival.
- Junior D1 Ticket (4-15 years, inclusive): Single access to the venue and all performances on the first day of the festival.
- Junior D2 Ticket (4-15 years, inclusive): Single access to the venue and all performances on the second day of the festival.
- General Admission Pass (16+ years): Access to the venue and all performances on both days of the event.
Do children have to pay admission?
Children under 4 years old can enter for free. From that age onwards, they must purchase a ticket. There is a Junior ticket that allows entry for children from 4 to 15 years old inclusive.
Are the tickets nominal?
Yes, the tickets are personalized and will be linked to the attendee’s name. Please ensure the name on the ticket matches your ID to avoid any issues with entry.
Can I change the name of the ticket if I can't attend?
Yes, you can request a name change by writing to info@magneticket.com. Please check the terms and conditions and any associated costs.
Will there be a ticket booth at the venue?
Yes, we will have a box office at the venue for ticket sales, provided we haven’t reached maximum capacity. We recommend buying your tickets in advance to avoid missing out.
Is it necessary to print the ticket?
No need to print your ticket. You can present it digitally from your mobile device. Make sure the screen is in good condition to easily scan the QR code. For added security and to avoid internet connection problems, we recommend downloading your ticket.
What documents do I need to access the festival?
You will need to present your ticket (printed or digital) and a valid identity document (ID card, passport, etc.) that matches the name on the ticket.
Can I request a refund for my ticket?
Tickets, once purchased, cannot be exchanged or refunded, based on our ticket sales conditions, which you can consult here.
Can minors attend the festival?
Yes, the festival is for all ages. However, those under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and present a signed authorization form from their parents or legal guardians. 16- and 17-year-olds can attend without being accompanied by an adult by presenting the signed Minor’s Authorization form.
Are there any recommendations for attending with young children?
We recommend that young children use appropriate hearing protection and that parents or guardians ensure their well-being during the event.
Will there be specific activities for children?
No. Although they can enter the premises, there will be no activities specifically for them.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have designated areas for people with reduced mobility and their companions. To access these areas, you must present a medical certificate or contact the organizers beforehand.
Are there elevators or ramps in the building?
Yes, the venue has ramps to facilitate access to all areas. There are no elevators.
Can I attend with my guide dog?
Yes, properly accredited guide dogs may accompany their owners within the premises.
Can I leave and re-enter the premises?
No, leaving and re-entering the venue will not be permitted. It is important not to remove or damage your wristband, as it is personal and non-transferable.
Will there be activities outside of concert hours?
Yes, in addition to concerts, we’ll be offering cultural activities and exhibitions related to British arts. Check our program for more details.
What is the payment method within the festival?
Payment will only be accepted by debit or credit card, except in merchandising areas where cash payments will be accepted.
Will there be ATMs on the premises?
There is no Euronet ATM inside the venue, but there is one located directly at the Poble Espanyol entrance (Avda. de Francesc Ferrer i Guardià, 13). We recommend going there before entering the venue for your peace of mind.
Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. We will have a wide variety of food options available.
Will alcohol be sold at the venue?
Yes, alcoholic beverages will be sold in designated areas. Sales will be restricted to those 18 years of age and older, who must present valid identification.
Will there be traditional British food options?
Yes, as part of the festival theme, we will have food stalls offering traditional British dishes.
What items can I not bring to the festival?
For security reasons, the following are prohibited:
- Sharp or pointed objects
- Weapons of any kind
- Flares, firecrackers, or fireworks
- Selfie sticks or tripods
- Professional photo or video cameras
- Glass or plastic bottles with stoppers
- Illegal substances
- Chairs, mats, or similar items
- Bicycles, scooters, or skateboards
- Flashlights or laser pointers
- Musical instruments
- Animals (except guide dogs)
Can I bring my camera?
Only compact cameras and mobile phone cameras are allowed. Professional cameras are prohibited.
Is there a cloakroom service?
We will not have a cloakroom service
Can I bring an umbrella or parasols?
For safety and visibility reasons, the use of umbrellas or parasols is not permitted inside the venue. In case of rain, we recommend wearing a raincoat.
Will there be rest areas on the premises?
Yes, the venue will have a rest area and shaded areas so you can relax between concerts.
Where can I find the concert schedules?
Detailed concert schedules will be published on our website and social media channels as the festival date approaches.

Will there be medical services on site?
Yes, we will have an ambulance, medical team and first aid available throughout the festival to attend to any emergency.
What security measures will be implemented at the festival?
The safety of our attendees is a priority. We will have a professional security team, access controls, and emergency protocols in place to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
