In particular, Brit Under Fest holds the rights to use the name, pseudonym, biography, image and reproduction of the works of the various artists and/or professionals participating in the festival. With regard to the works and/or services of these artists and/or professionals, where images, videos, names and/or third-party trademarks may be displayed, their use and/or inclusion on this Website, as well as in Brit Under Fest press materials and/or social media channels, arises from the participation agreement in the festival and the associated commercial and promotional relationship with such creatives, artists, professionals and/or public figures, and is solely for informational purposes regarding their skills, career and/or portfolio, or as a showcase of the work and/or services provided by Brit Under Fest.
Any unauthorised use of the information or content of this Website, its resale, communication, or any infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of Brit Under Fest may give rise to the appropriate legal actions, both out of court and before the competent Courts and Tribunals, in accordance with Spanish law.
Disclaimer of Liability and User Participation

Ticket Sales
All ticket sales management for Brit Under Fest is outsourced to specific external providers (including the main provider indicated: WEEZEVENT). Consequently, all sales policies and the rights of users and/or ticket purchasers for the Brit Under Fest festival must be consulted directly on the relevant websites operated by such ticketing providers.
Notwithstanding this allocation of responsibility, Brit Under Fest, as promoter of the festival, guarantees users/purchasers that the subcontracted companies comply with the legal and regulatory standards applicable under Spanish and/or European consumer protection legislation, including policies relating to refunds, taxes and, of course, privacy, cookies and personal data protection.
Communications
Email, WhatsApp and Similar Channels
With regard to personal data processed through communications, and in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, users are informed that any personal data provided may be incorporated, processed and stored in a file owned by NO WAY MUSIC BCN, SL, in accordance with the requirements of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and in line with the legal texts included on this Website or in contracts, quotations, invoices and/or any other documentation between the parties. In line with Brit Under Fest’s commitment to environmental responsibility, documents are printed only when strictly necessary. Users, clients, collaborators, suppliers, agencies, artists and, in general, any person with whom Brit Under Fest communicates or sends attachments are kindly requested not to print such documents unless absolutely essential.
